Then join us for a welcoming afternoon of relaxation and friendship at the beautiful Heart-J Center at Sylvan Dale Ranch!

A safe, serene space for women and men from all branches of service, all agencies (Fire, Law Enforcement, Paramedic, EMT)

3,000 acres of pastures, river, mountains, and more...

Char marshmallows, chat, or sit by the river...

Then venture out on an optional, all-levels hike, and meet others back at the fire to complete your day.
