Mission

At Atlantic Counter Trafficking (ACT), we are dedicated to our mission of combating and disrupting human trafficking networks by providing intelligence to law enforcement groups, facilitating training services, and raising community awareness. Our primary goals are to assist law enforcement officers with human trafficking investigations, and to provide resources to facilitate the expansion of their department’s human trafficking division. With our actionable intelligence, we facilitate the free flow of information that is critical in convicting human traffickers. Through this, we seek to liberate the countless number of innocent lives that are currently being trafficked throughout the United States, and across the globe.

Intelligence Collection

ACT gathers incriminating information on human traffickers through speaking with survivors and through open/dark web research. ACT passes this information, or investigative leads, to law enforcement through open lines of communication so they can action the arrests. ACT is developing AI to autonomously identify human trafficking activity online in order to give law enforcement the edge to stay ahead of these investigations.
