What we aim to solve

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

Women and families facing unintended pregnancies often believe that abortion is their only option as they don't have the familial support or financial resources to parent their child. Studies show that 64% of post-abortive women felt in some way coerced into having an abortion, and 83% report that they would have carried their pregnancy to term if they had partner or family support during the pregnancy. Our Choices Pregnancy Centers exist to give women and men the support and resources they need to make a life-affirming decision regarding their preborn child.

Pregnancy Care

Choices helps women explore their options and empowers them to make informed choices regarding an unintended pregnancy. Our services include pregnancy education and advocacy, post-abortion care and education, adoption referral and support, and ongoing education and material support through our LifePath program. Client services include pregnancy testing, advocacy for pregnancy-related issues (including abortion education), STD testing and treatment, adoption referral, healthcare and community referrals, and help with material goods (such as baby and maternity items).

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

We want to make it possible for every woman to have the resources and support she needs to make a life-affirming choice for her preborn baby. We also promote community health by providing low-cost STD testing and treatment.

Our pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, advocacy, and medical consultations are offered free of charge.
Our STD testing and treatment are offered for a very low cost, and no insurance is needed.
Our LifePath Medical classes, parenting programs, and fatherhood coaching are offered free of charge.
Our Hope and Healing recovery programs are offered free of charge.
We have four locations around the Phoenix metro area, and will strategically add new locations as opportunity and funding permits. Our most recently established Center is in the heart of Phoenix in an area that has a high refugee population and is known for sex-trafficking, drug-trafficking and homelessness, and we are seeing increased growth in the number of people served and the positive impact we are having on the community.

We are currently meeting all of these goals.

In 2018 we saw:
- 235 at-risk babies carried to term
- 4,501 unique clients serviced
- 12,255 client appointments
- 5,623 LifePath parenting class visits
