SCERA

Enrich your Life!

Orem, UT   |  www.scera.org

Mission

SCERA was founded by local leaders in 1933 during the aftermath of the Great Depression to raise the spirits of those who had lost lifetime investments in farms and homes. What started out as 5 cents movies has grown to become an arts, entertainment and educational complex with the historic SCERA Center for the Arts, the 3,500 seats SCERA Shell Outdoor Theatre, the Orem Heritage Museum, SCERA Art Studios and SCERA Shop Building which houses our scenic, props and costumes departments. SCERA serves more than 250,00 people annually through year-round live theatre, concerts, movies, arts education programs and special events.
