Our programs

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Park City School District After School Program

Arts-Kids meets at Park City elementary schools once a week for expressive arts and youth development activities; Arts-Teens meets at the middle and high schools. Arts-Kids, Inc. reaches out to children who are dealing with economic, social, physical, and emotional pressures although the program benefits anyone who wants to participate. Grants and private donations make it possible to offer the program free regardless of a family's ability to pay. Guidance counselors refer to the program and group diversity is an important goal.

Population(s) Served

Arts-Kids, Inc. partners with the Wasatch School District to offer the after-school program at two elementary schools, but would like to raise enough funds to offer the program free of charge at two additional elementary schools and at the middle schools.

Population(s) Served

Arts-Kids, Inc. partners with the Episcopalian Diocese on the Northern Ute Reservation to offer after school expressive arts and youth development programming in the communities of Whiterocks & Randlett. The program is a primary prevention program aimed at increasing self esteem and reducing substance abuse and the high school dropout rate. The program is offered free of charge and includes a healthy meal.
