What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Operation Hope
Operation Hope is an opportunity for local families in need to experience God’s love and hope of Christmas. Each year, generous individuals, families, companies, churches and other groups in our area will sponsor a child ages 0-16, by purchasing and wrapping Christmas gifts. Those gifts get dropped off at our Center and go directly to the families in December for the children to open on Christmas.
Back To School Basics
On Friday, August 9th, over 120 volunteers showed up at Tanger Outlet Mall in Park City, Utah, to help nearly 500 local kids prepare for school by taking them shopping for clothing and shoes. Additionally, each child received a brand new backpack filled with school supplies along with winter clothing including hats, gloves and jackets.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Perfecting The Basics: Continue to improve our organization’s internal systems and controls (Quarter 1 start)
Objective: Develop clear and effective internal controls and systems for CCPC, with a specific focus on our financial systems. We have grown so quickly and substantially, that we want to make sure our internal systems match the external growth of our programs and services.
KPI: Continue to analyze and review current staff structure with both Board and
Directors to ensure staff are supported and communication lines are clear by the
end of each quarter
KPI: Hire an outside consultant to provide a structural and systems analysis on our
current financial and organizational systems and controls by Jan. 15, 2022
KPI: Review consultant’s findings and recommendations and start implementing them
by March 1, 2022
KPI: Continue to review and improve current checks and balances and financial controls
to maintain the highest professional standards by the end of each quarter.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
One of our key goals from 2021 that was accomplished was hiring an HR Manager who could really improve and scale our HR department to match the growth of our organization.
Also, we have accomplished all of the goals listed above for "Perfecting the Basics".
