Creative Development
Strategy in 3 Steps
Step 1: Heart Development
Character and creative disciplines are the backbones to any creative bringing something into the world that will have to sustain impact. By helping develop the heart aspect, we hope to create a foundation to develop further talent upon.
Step 2: Skill Development
In order to make an impact, you need to have both character and skill. Skill is developed by practice, realistic goal setting, executing, and repeating the process.
Step 3: Creative Releasing
Releasing the projects that you create allows for the world to experience your message in a new way and creates a platform for your voice to be amplified moving forward.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Building a fully equipped professional live studio, multiple small living quarters, a small venue, multiple rehearsal and writing spaces, and creating an environment where interested people or bands can learn everything from music to production to management in a 9 month to 1-year course. The end objective of this internship is to gain real experience, learn from professionals and become a fully capable, sustainable artist. We are hoping over time to buy a large enough farm near Kailua Kona, HI to create and develop facilities to be able to offer this. We have musical groups and organizations that we partner with already to create opportunities and get hands-on with learning.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We love to have 1on1 calls and talk about possibilities and options for artists to recieve coaching and 1 on 1 development. We love to help artists further develop and create healthy habits through strategic songwriting as well as help people gain knowledge of the recording process first-hand. Healthy feedback and inside knowledge through 1on1's will help you gain the know-how to take your music to the next level. We offer free professional mixing and mastering service as availability permits. Our coaches are experienced in multiple areas as producers, studio engineers, and live engineers all throughout the world.
