Our Mission: Dedicated to the culture shift of health and wellness awareness post-pandemic. To Inspire and motivate our community on the importance of health. Our Vision: We are committed to building strong people, that build stronger families, to ultimately building stronger, healthier communities. Our Purpose: The purpose of this nonprofit organization is to provide the community with low to no cost quality services and events that include fitness, self-care, mental health, and cultural awareness.

Park & Play

Park & Play is a structured recreation session designed to encourage children to play safely in outdoor parks. After each play session the coaches distribute a healthy snack and chat about the importance of eating healthy and exercising.

We are committed to providing the community with resources and education on the importance of health and wellness. Providing educational seminars to equip the community with tools and resources on how to manage health behaviors. These seminars will address a variety of topics including underlying health issues, fitness, nutrition, obesity, mental health to name a few.

Annual 5K/10K walk run held in the heart of Downtown Henderson North Carolina. This walk brings awareness to the importance of physical activity. Walking is one of the most beneficial forms of physical activity. We provide the community with free 5K training sessions to prepare for the actual in person race. This allows many families the opportunity to train safely with other walkers/runners, as well the opportunity to improve overall health. This becomes a year-round community effort in working towards your goal of improving last year's race time. Keep Pressing!
