Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
1. Reduce Debt by 20%:
- Conduct a thorough review of your current financial situation to identify areas where costs can be reduced.
- Develop a debt repayment plan with clear milestones and timelines.
- Increase fundraising efforts specifically aimed at debt reduction.
- Consider reallocating resources to prioritize debt repayment while still maintaining essential services.
2. Establish a Second Office in Texas:
- Research potential locations in Texas that align with your organization's mission and target demographic.
- Secure funding or seek out grants specifically designated for expanding nonprofit organizations.
- Develop a timeline for opening the second office, including logistics such as staffing (more board members), equipment, and administrative setup.
- Build partnerships with local churches, organizations, and community leaders in Texas to support the establishment of the new office.
3. Pastor Preaching in Texas and New York Areas:
- Coordinate speaking engagements and outreach events in both Texas and New York to maximize the pastor's impact.
- Utilize social media and digital platforms to promote the pastor's schedule and reach a wider audience.
- Collaborate with churches, ministries, and organizations in each area to facilitate speaking opportunities.
- Provide resources such as books, podcasts, and online content to complement the pastor's messages and engage with the audience beyond the events.
4. Hold Food Drives and Holiday Meal Giveaways:
- Plan and promote regular food drives throughout the year, leveraging partnerships with local businesses, churches, and community organizations.
- Organize holiday meal giveaways, including Thanksgiving and Christmas, to provide meals to families in need.
- Utilize social media and local media outlets to raise awareness and encourage participation in food drives and giveaways.
- Recruit volunteers to assist with collection, sorting, and distribution of food items.
5. Host Events Without Using Credit:
- Develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy to generate revenue for hosting events.
- Diversify fundraising efforts, including individual donations, corporate sponsorships, grant applications, and fundraising events.
- Set fundraising goals for each event and track progress regularly.
- Explore cost-saving measures such as in-kind donations, volunteer support, and partnerships with local businesses.
