What we aim to solve
In times of conflict, Allied Extract helps to fill the void left when a government fails or is unable to meet the needs of its people.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Wartime Reconstruction
In addition to our humanitarian extraction efforts, we developed a reconstruction
project in Kherson, Ukraine. Kherson was initially taken by Russian forces. By sheer determination and fighting spirit, the people of Kherson reclaimed their once bustling port city. Homes are now in shambles due to the heavy damages.
Our team of Ukrainian civilian volunteers is going door to door, apartment to apartment, mending shattered windows, repairing roofs, and doing whatever it takes to make these people's homes a true sanctuary. They work tirelessly, helping up to 60 families per day, and the emotions run high as they see the dire conditions in which these families are living.
Wartime Reconstruction Community Centers
As a sister program to Wartime Reconstruction, we erected community centers in Kherson available to residents as they return to their homes. Food, power, and water remain scarce in this war-torn area, and people are struggling to survive. Thankfully, the team has a gathering point at the WRCC (Wartime Reconstruction Community Center), which provides the community with generators for power, Starlink satellite internet, fuel, clean water, and lite foodstuffs. Together, the programs combine to rebuild Ukraine, brick by brick.
Critical Care Medical Evacuations
From critically ill neonates to those wounded in war, civilians and troops are provided world-class medical care and transport to equipped international hospitals by the Germany-based team Artesans ResQ. Our own volunteer Tom, an EMT in America, remains in Ukraine transporting patients with Artesans ResQ. Whether sponsoring ICU-level ambulances or scaling operations, Allied Extract is proud to sponsor this team as they further our mission of extracting vulnerable world citizens from conflict and crisis.
Humanitarian Aid / Orphanage and Shelter Improvement
Life sustaining aid: sustainable heat, clean water, food, medicine, and more. We work with local Ukrainian businesses and also procure aid from the United States and Europe to deliver specifically requested aid across Ukraine to the end-user, whether they are on the frontline or sheltering in western Ukraine.
In our aid program exists a focused effort to enhance the quality of life for those living and working in orphanages and shelters. This includes infrastructure support such as installation of industrial washers for infirmaries and also more routine support such as clean water, generator fuel, food, clothing, education materials, and toys.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Allied Extract facilitates life-sustaining and life-saving aid to global conflict zones.
Our programs include evacuating individuals from threat, sustaining displaced or otherwise disadvantaged individuals impacted by conflict, educating force multipliers for greater reach, and rebuilding what was lost.
Allied Extract's most coveted outcomes are lives saved and communities restored.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Allied Extract utilizes our trusted global network of individuals to determine specific needs of a population in crisis and design effective programs that address those needs.
Through strategic partnerships domestically and abroad, we believe there is greater impact through working together. After significant vetting and collaboration, Allied Extract is proud to partner with smaller organizations local to the conflict zones, often embedding our own volunteers with the partner. We provide resources enabling them to stabilize, scale, and amplify their impacts, thereby accomplishing our missions more effectively and efficiently.

- We employ non-traditional ways of gathering feedback on programs and trainings, which may include interviews, roundtables, and external reviews with/by community stakeholders.
