Shelter Tours

We travel to shelters with a writer and photographer to verify and validate the work and needs of that particular shelter, dog pound, animal control facility, or rescue. We share the organization's stories and needs, develop a partnership to assist them with grant opportunities, available resources, networking, and shelter practices/programs to help them save more lives. They are assigned a volunteer shelter liaison who stays in touch, monitors their activities, and shares needs/successes/stories with our organization and our community. We list the organization on our website and continue to advocate for them as they work towards saving every adoptable animal and slowing the number of animals entering the system.
