Keep the Shores Clean

In August, the Redwood Shores Community Association (RSCA) organizes the annual family fun event Redwood Shores Levee Cleanup. For the 2022 cleanup, Save the Shores (STS) and RSCA are joining efforts to help keep our nearly seven-mile-long levee clean for our community and wildlife.

We invite all residents and admirers of our beautiful Shores to join STS and RSCA in this worthy event to enjoy a beautiful summer day while giving back to our environment. Volunteers will be assembled into teams and assigned cleanup areas. Kids and parents, adults and seniors are all welcome and encouraged to get involved. This event is an excellent opportunity for students and others who need to complete a few hours of community service. Family work groups handle their areas at their own pace; all help keep these bountiful nature trails debris-free.
