Education Equalizer College PASS
Attending college can seem daunting and overwhelming for many high school students. With the cost of tuition on the rise and the competitive nature of college admissions, it’s no wonder that students often feel unsure of where to turn for guidance. College preparation access and student support (CPASS) is a multi-year program to provide rising juniors and seniors with the support and resources they need to succeed in college and beyond.
Audience: Rising High School Juniors and Seniors
Student to Teacher Ratio: 25:3
Delivery: Hybrid, the summer portion is in-person

To increase ACT/SAT scores by 1-5 points for all test prep scholars.
To provide three college tours per year.
To achieve a 100% college admittance rate for our scholars.
To achieve a 100% FAFSA completion rate for our scholars.
To achieve full-ride scholarship offers for 50% of our College PASS Scholars.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
To increase ACT/SAT scores by 1-5 points for all test prep scholars.
We will offer ACT/SAT prep sessions to middle through high school students and monitor their progress to deliver custom programs to meet their needs.
To provide three college tours per year.
We will take scholars on college tours during preview days, open houses, sporting, and homecoming events to expose them to college.
To achieve a 100% college admittance rate for our scholars.
We will educate our students about early-round admissions decisions, the grades required to attend college, the test scores required, and other requirements to create a competitive college application.
To achieve a 100% FAFSA completion rate for our scholars.
We will require that all students complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. We will work with the parents to inform them to complete their tax documents to meet these deadlines.

We have a team of competent volunteers who assist us with reaching these goals and mentoring students throughout the process.
