Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Neighborhood Housing Services of Southern Nevada, Inc. (NHSSN) continues to provide affordable housing options for Southern Nevada. We tackle the lack of affordable housing on two fronts. We own and manage 156 affordable rental units. We provide down payment assistance and pre-purchase housing counseling and education for potential homeowners. Our goal is to continue creating affordable housing units for rental and sale due to the lack of affordable housing.

To remain steadfast in realizing the NHSSN vision, the following strategic goals were put in place:

Increase Financial Stability and Strength

Continue to Create and Maintain Affordable Housing Options

Create and Expand New and Existing Strategic Partnerships

Develop Safe, Stable Neighborhoods

Sustain Educational and Counseling Activities in the Community
