NHSSN currently has 152 affordable rental units. Our 59-unit building was out of service from 2017 - 2020 due to rehabilitation due to a fire. We continually acquire and rehab buildings.

    NHSSN provides affordable rental housing and housing-related services primarily to low-to-moderate-income (LMI) individuals and families. Some programs and services are available solely to LMI individuals and families, such as down payment assistance for homeownership and affordable rental housing. Other programs and services, including pre and post-purchase housing counseling and education, foreclosure prevention counseling, reverse mortgage counseling, and financial literacy education, are available to all regardless of income.
