Program 1

Design Connections - utilizing a curriculum, MCOA brought 40+ seniors together for four weeks to work on their social connections. Social connections improve overall health and wellbeing in seniors.

Population(s) Served

Mat-Su Borough Senior Survey - utilizing a mail and online survey, seniors were asked to provide information on their current wellbeing and future plants to ensure health aging. There have been over 2,500 replies to the survey to date.
