Our programs

Self-Study Course Program
We help people understand and experience lucid dreaming through online courses with lesson plans that individuals can study at their own pace. This program provides education about the science behind lucid dreaming, including effective induction techniques and applications. These lessons are designed to help people develop the ability of lucid dreaming through skills training, in addition to teaching them how to use it for improving their quality of life.
Tutoring Program
We tutor individuals to help them develop the ability of lucid dreaming through tailored lesson plans and 1-on-1 instruction with a teacher.
Scientific Research Program
We conduct scientific studies on the subject of lucid dreaming and publish the results in peer-reviewed research journals with a priority on open-access. All studies are approved by an ethical review board.

The goals of our organization are:
1) Educate the general public about the subject of lucid dreaming,
2) Provide educational programs for people who seek to develop their lucid dreaming skills,
3) Conduct research towards advancing scientific knowledge about lucid dreaming, and
4) Encourage research into lucid dreaming by connecting interested individuals with ongoing scientific studies.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
To accomplish our educational goals, we provide a variety of programs focused on lucid dream skills training and the dissemination of scientific knowledge about lucid dreaming. To accomplish our research goals, we design, implement, and publish psychological studies on lucid dreaming, in addition to assisting scientists with recruiting efforts.
