What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Mental Health Awareness program

Our program is designed to increase awareness about mental health and empower young community members with the skills needed to respond to individuals facing mental health challenges and disorders effectively. The program specifically focuses on aiding teens with serious mental illnesses (SMI) and severe emotional disturbances (SED) and providing support to vulnerable groups such as minorities, indigenous people, those impacted by conflicts and gender conflicts, migrants, and those who require cultural competency.

Population(s) Served
Young adults

Our Cultural Awareness program hosts an event introducing young adolescents to various cultures worldwide. Our goal is to educate and entertain the teens, fostering a cultural relativistic worldview and cross-cultural conversations. Teaching teenagers to be open-minded and accepting of others is crucial, as people have diverse backgrounds, experiences, opinions, customs, genders, and preferences. Discussing the significance of being open-minded with your child can help them develop this quality. Through expanding our program, we have reached a more comprehensive range of teens and promoted cultural awareness. We hope to find common ground and unity by discussing our cultural differences.

Population(s) Served
