Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Our organization is set up to accomplish:
Research & Discovery:
- Determine major needs through focus groups and surveys,
- Develop community strategies that target desired outcomes
- Implement strategic plans for each community.
Economic Development:
- Micro-Lending
- Incremental ownership
- Food Coop
- Sewing Coop.
Spiritual Growth:
- Community Outreach
- Evangelism / Discipleship
- Church Planting
- Training & Equipping Leaders
Meeting Social / Educational Concerns
Fighting Oppression & Injustices
Confronting Physical Needs

We implement specific activities and programs that are designed to create a relevant application of positive change to combat the concerns and identified needs of the community. We currently have full time missionaries that oversee our spiritual, our social, our economical, and educational programs implemented in these areas. We also facilitate mission teams that go to the areas we serve and assist in equipping and training the programs we are involved in. In addition the teams distribute the water filters and evangelize to those families receiving water filters.

We have a local indigenous staff to help us facilitate all of our programs along with a US support team.

All of our programs in place are programs that we continue to grow to reach more people in the areas we serve. The Higher Education Program and Public High School Character Program both have a waiting list. We are working on developing the support needed to expand these programs. The micro-lending has successfully created small businesses that are now employing over 100 people.
