HouseProud Atlanta employs a staff of two dynamic and capable employees who have over 45 years of experience collectively in construction/rehab and over 20 years of nonprofit experience.

HouseProud's Board of Directors is currently comprised of 10 hardworking and strategic individuals who have completed (in conjunction with the Executive Director) a 5 year strategic plan. We fully expect that implementation of this plan will create increased financial and volunteer resources which will allow us to serve more homeowners.

The staff and board of HouseProud are passionate, hardworking and SMART. HouseProud has provided services to seniors for over 20 years (first as a program of another nonprofit, then as its own separate entity). Our reputation is strong in Southwest Atlanta, and knowledge of our programs is growing. We are confident that the drive, talent and passion of our board and staff coupled with strategy will equal success in 2017.

HouseProud has since its inception as its own separate nonprofit:

--completed and executed our first strategic plan which covered FY2011-2014
--increased our income from ~$230,000 in FY2012 to ~$400,000 in FY2016
--increased our number of clients served from a low of 60 to a high of over 100 in FY2016
--purchased a truck and trailer to help us to become more efficient and effective
--built strong collaborations and partnerships with corporations, foundations and other nonprofits

HouseProud is challenged to:
--increase our individual funding sources
--increase programmatic staff
