What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Supported Living program
The supported living program enables adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible.
Intermediate Care Facilities
The Intermediate Care Facilities at I Am Boundless provide a group home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who do not have the ability to live more independently. Each person served in an ICF is given their own bedroom, their own bathroom and shares kitchen and recreation space with up to seven other individuals. The ICF is staffed 24/7 with rapid access to healthcare and other emergency services as needed. During the day, all ICF residents go out into the community for work, job training or day services, returning to the ICF at night to work on specific skills and enjoy the evening hours.
Parent Directed Program
The Parent Directed Program (PDP) at I Am Boundless, Inc., enables parents and other family members of children and adults with an intellectual or developmental disability or a behavioral health disorder to have significant input into the care received, generally at the home of the caregiver. The PDP program staff provide all the back office support - payroll, compliance, etc. - and the care staff is hired by or is provided by the Parent of the individual being served.
Boundless Behavioral Health, Center Based Services
The Center Based Services provide a school like environment for children and youth with severe autism. Children come to one of the two centers and receive specific services relative to their educational, social and behavioral needs.
Boundless Community Pathways
Boundless Community Pathways program provides day services and vocational training for those adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Each person entering the program is assessed based on skills and future desires for employment, and works with appropriate staff members to either work in a Boundless facility or be placed in a job opportunity outside of Boundless.

- We review compensation data across the organization (and by staff levels) to identify disparities by race.
- We have community representation at the board level, either on the board itself or through a community advisory board.
- We help senior leadership understand how to be inclusive leaders with learning approaches that emphasize reflection, iteration, and adaptability.
- We engage everyone, from the board to staff levels of the organization, in race equity work and ensure that individuals understand their roles in creating culture such that one’s race identity has no influence on how they fare within the organization.
