As an oganization grounded in the Latino community, our mission is to build unity across all racial and economic sectors, to organize, empower, and defend our most vulnerable and marginalized populations and to bring justice, dignity, equality, and freedom to all the peoples of the world.

We provide 44 programs in 9 areas:
Children & Family services focus on supporting families with young children hit their development milestones.
Youth Services programs that focus on social change & community activism through after school mentoring and tutoring, STEM programs, and workshops.
Food & Health Services designed to promote the health and well-being of our community.
Benefit & Support Resource Navigation help people to access services like DSHS, food stamps, Medicaid, and more.
Financial Empowerment programs provides financial education & support for individuals, families and small businesses.
Workforce Development to provide equitable access to employment, skill development, and economic self-sufficiency for all.
Housing to provide community-based, mixed-use and transit-oriented affordable housing.
Small Business Services assists with starting and running a small business.
Advocacy & Culture programs to address the issues facing our world through grassroots organizing.
