WOMENS FUNDING ALLIANCE

As a women’s fund, we play a unique role in unlocking the potential of women and girls. We approach our work in three ways:

We commission research on the most pressing issues facing women and girls in our state. We gather stories and evidence on promising practices and policies to break through barriers and create more equitable opportunities. Together with our donors, supporters, and partners, we advocate for gender equity across Washington.

We bring people together around a shared vision of a state where all women and girls have equal access, opportunity, and influence to fully live their lives. We galvanize people and investment to expand leadership and economic opportunities for women and girls.

We identify strategic areas to align resources and partners in order to accelerate change for women and girls. We then design and lead initiatives focused on testing and scaling effective solutions that support women and girls’ leadership and financial strength.
