Spay/Neuter Program
Pet Over Population Prevention has opened their own spay and neuter facility offering spay and neuter assistance to qualified individuals and animal rescue/humane organizations.
Dog Adoption Program
For over 20 years, POPP has worked within the Tri-Cities, Washington community to save the lives of dogs and cats. Totals to date consist of over 9,000 lives saved in our community through rescue, fostering, and adoption. POPP is an all volunteer, no kill organization.
Cat Adoption Program
