Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Garden of Eatin strives to eliminate hunger in the community while also reducing excess from the hospitality industry.

We take properly held and temperature quality controlled excess food from restaurants, caterers, grocers and prepare meals to feed those who are hungry. Currently using various commercial kitchens to prepare meals and our own vehicles deliver to those in need. City restricts to 4 meals per trip. Garden of Eatin is trying to obtain a food truck to prepare and deliver more meals to more hungry humans.

Garden of Eatin' is working hard on seed funding by way of grants, and soliciting donations. Connecting to more restaurants, caterers and grocers in the community for food donations. Garden of Eatin is a confirmed charity on social media platforms including GoFundMe, Venmo, and PayPal.

Garden of Eatin' formally started the process in February, 2023. Garden of Eatin' received IRS 501c3 status on May 8, 2023. Diligently working on spreading the word about our organization to all types of donors, funds, food, and in-kind. Garden of Eatin' has a website: https://gardenofeatincommunitytruck.com, and is on the social media platforms Facebook and Instagram. Currently learning and navigating the grant process to fund a food truck, allowing more hungry humans to be fed. Garden of Eatin' has made great progress thus far in 2023.
