Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Provide housing and related services to students, faculty and staff of Portland Statue University and Oregon State University.

Our strategies consist of building and managing multi-family housing that we can maintain at an affordable rate. We do this by being our own managers, maintaining our own custodians and maintenance staff, obtaining our own financing and expanding into new opportunities to provide more like services.

We own and are building several buildings that allow us to provide these services.

We have 5 buildings in operation providing affordable housing, we are building a 6th and are working on a new project to turn two smaller buildings into one larger building with more beds than the two old ones were combined.
