Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

- Create a vibrant community center.
- Create a developed sustainable funding model for programs and staffing
- Ensure we offer programs that fulfill all the needs of the community
- Offer effective communication with community members through social media, website, and community outreach

We will be able to successfully reach our goals by relying on the assorted strengths offered by our diverse group of staff, board members, and volunteers. Together we will work to offer affordable and sustainable programs through volunteerism, ongoing community communication and outreach by utilizing multiple mediums in a consistent fashion, and secure funds for sustainability and expansion through fundraising, grant writing, and donor requests.

Our organization is more than capable, simply because of the wonderful talent and dedication of concerned community members. Every community member, board member, and staff offers a unique set of skills that we will take full advantage of to ensure that we reach our goals and continue to aim higher.

We have recently taken the initial steps toward narrowing our goals and defining success by writing and voting in our first Strategic Plan. Our Strategic Plan defines what success will look like for our organization in three years and what small goals much be achieved annually to meet and exceed the goals and structure of our Strategic Plan.
