OMEN serves thirty five member organizations in Oregon that provide or support microenteprise development services. Its programs include
-Combined federal-state funding for microenterprise development services.
-Americorps*VISTA partner for Entrepreneur Corps
-Training and networking activities for microenterprise practitioners
-Public information and program advocacy
