CPF's incubator program provided infrastructure support and assistance for more than 40 projects that qualified as charitable activities or will go on to become c (3) or public benefit organizations. The CPF incubator program is a form of venture philanthropy that brings new ideas for public benefit into reality.

CPF began running this program over 15 years ago to help organizations collect donations inexpensively and easily by providing a transactions mechanism and monthly donation accounting with reporting
