What we aim to solve
Mental health and connection overall are declining, especially in our youth and adolescent populations. This trend correlates with the introduction and wide acceptance of the smartphone and other smart devices. We aim to promote awareness about the addictive nature of these devices, the importance of in person connection and protecting our children from explicit content online. Our goal is to empower parents with the knowledge, support, and resources to protect their children's well-being in today's digital age. We want to inspire a culture of mindfulness, balance and intentional living, to combat widespread anxiety, depression and loneliness that so many are struggling with today.

Education and Awareness
We offer a variety of educational and awareness programs & presentations.
Parent talks - empowering parents with stats, resources and tools to implement safe and mindful technology use for their children and themselves. These can be further narrowed by the audience for elementary, middle or high school age.
Teen Talks - educating teens about today's cultural impact on their mental health and dangers online. Strategies for better decision making, effective coping & social skills and motivation for growth.
Mom Nights - similar to parent nights, but with a specific focus on mothers.
Intro to Tech - For parents of younger kids, who are considering introducing devices. We provide information on the healthiest way to introduce devices, so that parents can take steps to build trust, connection, security and balance for the family.
Family Coaching - More personalized approach to your families specific needs. Includes family reset on devices, family tech plan, education and parental controls.
