What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Residential Recovery Programs
Provides residential drug treatment at two sites for women and their children up to three years of age. Programs offer support in parenting, independent living skills, household management, positive communication skills, and building a clean and sober network in the community.
Parent-Child Center
Is a licensed childcare center for children newborn to 3 years of age and provides early intervention for prenatal drug exposure. Children receive developmental, physical and occupational therapy assessments. Parents receive parenting support and instruction in group and individual sessions.
Family Treatment
Offers individual and family therapy for children and teens to age 21 who are experiencing stress due to out of home placement, reunification, or other traumatic situations.
In-Home Services
Provides in-home parenting support services for at-risk families with a child newborn to 8 years of age. Family Support Specialists provide home-based interventions utilizing an evidence-based model called SafeCare that helps diminish risk factors, stabilizes family functioning, and prevents child removal from the home.
Pediatric Clinic
This satellite clinic of San Francisco General Hospital serves approximately 50 families per year. A pediatrician and registered nurse provide well baby checks, immunizations, sick care, growth monitoring, and health education to Epiphany families, former clients, and graduates.
Epiphany Step-Down Transitional Housing
Epiphany Center's step-down/transitional program supports women who have completed structured residential treatment programs and need additional time to prepare for life post-treatment. Epiphany Step-Down will provide these women with transitional housing and support services, link them to essential community resources and networks, and help them build additional skills needed to navigate society as productive citizens. Our goal is to strengthen each woman’s recovery skills and to support her in securing permanent housing and employment.
