Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

According to our current strategic plan, the Foundation has outlined the following goals for the next three years:

In the next three years, the Foundation will focus on the following five goals:

Goal 1: Gift $1,000,000 to the Fremont Union High School District

Goal 2: Broaden sources of revenue to maximize funding

Goal 3: Effectively communicate program funding priorities that have impact and attract donors

Goal 4: Continue to develop and utilize infrastructure to support the Foundation's mission

Goal 5: Fully engage each Board member to support our mission and increase revenue

The Foundation will strive to broaden our sources of revenue, including the execution of a major donor program. We will also align our program funding to better reflect district priorities so as to attract a wider range of donors. In addition, we will examine our infrastructure to better engage each board member and align our recruitment efforts to reflect our needs and the community we serve.

We are an all-volunteer board of directors, composed of dedicated professionals who are committed to putting our students on a path to success. With a strong infrastructure, the Foundation is in a perfect position to execute the strategics outlined in our strategic plan.

Although we have donated $1M over the last five years, with a District of 9,300 families, we need to better promote the purpose of the Foundation and the programs we serve to the community at large so we can increase not only the amount we grant to the District but also our parent participation rate.
