Insect Discovery Lab

SaveNature.Org’s award winning traveling educational outreach program, the Insect Discovery Lab, developed in 1998, is the most successful educational outreach program in the United States, teaching and inspiring more than 638,380 children with the Insect Discovery Lab’s live hands-on presentations since its inception. The program is Virtual around the world and locally, hands-on and serves nine Bay Area Counties aimed at developing and implementing environmental literacy to improve the lives and health of children, youth and families. The Insect Discovery Lab impacts the lives of 36,000 school children in the Bay Area annually. The goal of SaveNature.Org is to nurture environmental literacy and good health, creating a population of young people whose approach to their environment reflects responsibility, stewardship and commitment.
