All Programs

CPEHN works closely with communities of color across the state to elevate local voices and health issues to state policymakers, helping communities of color advance policy change and structural reform that creates equitable conditions for their communities. By leveraging our expertise in advocacy, policy analysis and research, and building engaged networks of advocates, we build people power and help communities effectively advocate for their health needs. Our work bridges the spectrum of health, from advocating for the expansion of health care coverage and affordable and culturally competent health care services to working with local planning and transportation agencies to ensure that resource allocation is informed by a health equity and racial justice perspective.
