What we aim to solve

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

We are thoroughly trained and professional. We have a high level of understanding of the ideas of liberty and can clearly and effectively explain the economic and philosophical rationale for the issues we stand for. Rising above partisan politics, we engage in open and civil discourse over how to best promote freedom in all aspects of our lives. We respect that everyone comes to their justification for liberty in their own way and we are supportive of them in that journey. Liberty creates a better world and our message surrounding the ideas are welcoming, positive, and inspiring.

Conferences

Students For Liberty holds a number of Regional Conferences in the fall semester to bring students from the same area together and learn about the foundations of liberty.  Students For Liberty also holds an annual, international conference to act as the premiere event of the year for pro-liberty students.

Students

Students For Liberty provides support for student organizations dedicated to liberty, assisting their formation and development to act as centers of liberty on campus.  We publish handbooks on best practices for student organizing and engage in one on one consulting to solve individual problems groups face.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Students For Liberty is a rapidly growing network of pro-liberty students from all over the world. Our mission is to educate, develop, and empower the next generation of leaders of liberty. We are the largest libertarian student organization in the world. We accomplish this through a strategy of empowerment, identifying the top student leaders and training them to be agents of change in their communities. What began as a small meeting of young leaders has become an international movement of students with thousands of local student groups and thousands of leaders around the world with operations on every inhabited continent.

ECONOMIC FREEDOM;
INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM TO CHOOSE HOW TO LIVE ONE'S LIFE; AND INTELLECTUAL AND ACADEMIC FREEDOM.

University events, student leader training program, annual conference, books, educational courses.

We have been increasing our number of student leaders and activities by a factor of 4!
