Celebrating more than 50 years of helping children and families come together

Nightlight Christian Adoptions is a full-service, Hague accredited child placement agency. In 1997 we pioneered the first embryo adoption program, Snowflakes Embryo Adoption offering this unique adoption choice to families. Couples with remaining embryos now have the option to choose the family who receives their embryo donation gift. The embryo adopting family gives birth to their adopted child…Amazing! Nightlight programs also include comprehensive International, Foster care, Domestic and Homestudy services. We assist families in all 50 states with licensed offices in California, Colorado, Georgia, South Carolina, Kentucky, Missouri, Texas, and Oklahoma.

More than 2,000 domestic adoptions, 1,700 international adoptions and 700 embryo adoptions have been completed by Nightlight.

... because every child deserves a loving family.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Nightlight aims to:
Provide every child a family
Provide every embryo an opportunity for life
Help every woman in crisis pregnancy

Nightlight develops innovative strategies to raise the awareness of the needs of orphans living abroad, including a summer host/tour program to expose more potential adopting families to children from international orphanages. Nightlight works in more than 10 nations to help children be placed into loving families.

We have received and managed grant funding from the USDHHS since 2002. This funding is used specifically to raise awareness and participation in embryo donation and adoption throughout the US. The Snowflakes program of Nightlight Christian Adoptions is the first of its kind and was established 20 years ago in 1997. Almost 800 babies have been born to families through Snowflakes.

Nightlight provides counseling services to women and men who find themselves faced with an unplanned pregnancy. If adoption is their chosen path, Nightlight helps them choose and adopting family and provides assistance through to childbirth.

Foster adoption is another area where Nightlight assists families interested in adopting older children who are seeking forever families in the United States. Working through an agency, such as Nightlight, enables families interested in foster adoption to be matched more quickly and helps them navigate the foster adoption system.

Nightlight is a world-leader in giving embryo donation clients confidence in the adoption process, connecting donor with adoptive couples, and vetting and training adoptive families.

Nightlight is also a world leader in host/tour programs and has successfully placed over a thousand children from international adoption. Many of these children have special needs or are considered "older", and Nightlight excels at finding and training these adoptive families.

With eight offices located across the US, Nightlight has experienced social workers on staff to assist families in choosing the adoption program that is right for them. Nightlight is unique in the realm of adoption agencies by providing families with ALL types of adoption programs.

To date Nightlight has successfully implemented an embryo donation program that employs the best practices of adoption. Nightlight has also connected over 3000 waiting children with loving families.
