Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
To date, CCBHC has independently developed 250 affordable housing units. Sixty (60) units were developed for home ownership and sold to low-income, first time homebuyers, under the Owner/built and Lease to Own Programs and 190 units are currently owned and managed by CCBHC and are targeted for low-income and very low-income families. CCBHC is also developed 1,352 units of low income housing as tax credit projects and is the Managing General Partner for 971 of theses units. CCBHC also operates the Orange County Homebuyer Center, which offers homebuyer education,financial literacy and consumer counseling to potential low-income homebuyers; the Coastal COndo Resale Program for Low and Moderate Income Buyers; and the Housing Replacement Program.
