79 Unit Apartment Complex

The Board of Directors applied for and was granted federal loans to build what is now 78 one bedroom apts. plus a manager unit for low to moderate income seniors and persons with disabilities. 70 of these units are subsidized by USDA-Rural Development. The Board of Directors hires a management company to handle day to day operations of the complex although members of the board remain actively involved. All members of the board serve without any compensation.
