Pro bono assistance with domestic violence restraining orders, dissolution of marriage, custody, support, paternity & other family law issues in clinics in Riverside and the Coachella Valley (Indio)

Assists guardians in obtaining guardianship of children in Riverside Superior courts in Riverside, Indio and Temecula, CA

Assist with conservatorships for adults unable to care for themselves due to disability, age. Includes adult disabled children.

Assist with defending against evictions, consumer debt issues/lawsuits, general civil. We do not represent plaintiffs in suits for damages.

Self-help assistance for unrepresented litigants, primarily with Chapter 7 bankruptcies in clinics in both Riverside and the Coachella Valley; limited pro bono direct representation.
