Family Law
Pro bono assistance with domestic violence restraining orders, dissolution of marriage, custody, support, paternity & other family law issues, conservatorships, guardianships and decedents' estates in clinics in Riverside and the Coachella Valley (Indio)
Guardianship Assistance Program
Assists guardians in obtaining guardianship of children in Riverside Superior courts in Riverside, Indio and Temecula, CA
Conservatorship Assistance Program
Assist with conservatorships for adults unable to care for themselves due to disability, age. Includes adult disabled children.
Civil Legal Aid Clinics
Assist with defending against evictions, consumer debt issues/lawsuits, general civil. We do not represent plaintiffs in suits for damages.
Bankruptcy Self-Help Clinic
Self-help assistance for unrepresented litigants, primarily with Chapter 7 bankruptcies in clinics in both Riverside and the Coachella Valley; limited pro bono direct representation.
Federal Civil Self-Help Clinic
Provides self-help assistance to those representing themselves in federal court civil cases, including foreclosures, social security appeals, civil rights; also, limited pro bono direct representation.
