What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Providing numerous activities and programs to enhance health and well being as we age..

KRVSCI has been awarded $25,000. in grant funded in part by California Senior Medicare Fraud Patrol to empower seniors to prevent healthcare fraud.

KRVSCI also provides workshops in other areas of fraud that target our aging adults such as bank fraud, dating websites that target those 55 and older or disabled, and healthcare services.

We have a membership level that include a list of vetted service providers, such as carpenters, plumbers, gardeners, and transportation options.

We also conduct seminars and other opportunities to educate and teach CPR, bridging the digital divide, emergency preparedness, plus provide information and referral services.

We have numerous activities held in our Senior Center for socializing. Weekly dances, card games, puzzles, diabetic cooking classes, crocheting.

We work closely wit our elected officials to ensure our rural, somewhat isolated area is aware of all the services available to them through county, state and federal partners.
