The power to end poverty
Programs and results
What we aim to solve
We work to address the underlying causes of poverty, expanding access to health and nutrition, education, and economic opportunity, by helping everyday people discover the power of their voice to make change. By empowering advocates to engage with policymakers they engage in the democratic process and advance policies that will bring about an end to poverty.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
U.S. Government Funding in the Fight Against Poverty
Drawing on strong bipartisan support in Congress for effective health, nutrition, and education programs, RESULTS will work throughout the budget and appropriations process to protect and increase this funding.
Reaching Every Mother and Child
RESULTS will work for the passage of the Reach Every Mother and Child Act in 2018. The legislation would make ending preventable maternal and child deaths a priority for U.S. foreign assistance.
Increasing Economic Mobility in the United States
We're pushing to increase economic mobility and work toward racial equity. We're advancing policies that address inequality, help close the racial wealth gap, and create opportunity in the U.S. tax code.
A Quality Education for All
The Global Partnership for Education works to achieve a world in which every person experiences the power of a great education. It brings together partners worldwide to finance quality education plans in poor and conflict-affected countries.
Building the Foundation to End Poverty
RESULTS advocates will work with members of Congress to protect and increase US funding for critical global anti-poverty programs, including child health and nutrition programs, tuberculosis, and vaccines.
