Mission

Established in 1984, The Friends of Venice Library is a non-profit, volunteer organization committed to supporting the Venice Branch Library. Our mission is to promote public interest in the library, assist with funding to purchase library materials and supplement the cultural and educational programs & resources at the Venice Branch.

Our goal is to help the Venice Branch Library in its mission to "engage, enrich and educate" our unique community of Venice Beach, California.

We encourage library participants to join us as an annual member and donate to our cause. We also hold quarterly book sales to supplement our donations to the Venice Branch Library.
