Our community is large and diverse and many people can feel isolated.
Our programs

Yoga/Pilates
We sponsor free exercise classes for our community.
Books and Materials
Provide financial support for books and other materials and non-budgeted expenses for the Venice Branch Library in California.
Book Sales/Membership
Every year we conduct quarterly book sales and ask our community to join us in becoming members of the Friends. This help us raise the funds needed to complete our mission to support the Venice Branch Library.
Piano Lessons
After purchasing a digital piano for the library, we offered a program to teach kids in the community how to play the piano.
Venice Branch Library Book Clubs
We promote the book clubs at the Venice Branch Library to encourage our community to come together and discuss important topics, feelings and ideas.

Our goal is to help the Venice Branch Library in its mission to "engage, enrich and educate" our unique community of Venice Beach, California.
