PASS

FSC Performer Availability Screening Service (PASS) provides guidelines and services for the adult production industry designed to ensure a safe and healthy work environment of performers and adult film professionals. The PASS program was developed by industry stakeholders, compliance experts, doctors and attorneys, to uphold performer testing protocols and industry standards for self-regulation.

The FSC Industry Code of Ethics is a set of guidelines, adhered to by FSC members, in order to promote high business standards and responsible business practices. When you see the FSC COE emblem (at left), this is a cue to colleagues and consumers that tells them they’re dealing with a business they can trust. Please contact us for more information about the FSC Code of Ethics program.

The Free Speech Coalition began working with the Center for Democracy and Technology (CDT) and others in 2016, after a report showed that many adult sites were vulnerable to hacking. In the past several years, adult sites of all sizes have suffered security breaches that have resulted in pirated content, exposed user databases, and millions in lost income.

“The HTTPS protocol is something every webmaster should be moving toward,” says Eric Paul Leue, Executive Director of the Free Speech Coalition. “It’s crucial to the survival of our business and, thanks to the resources from the CDT and others, the transition is much easier than many think.”

Five powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?

FSC's vision is of a world in which the international adult industry, its workers and businesses, have equal rights, protections, and freedoms under the law; and where all people are protected from exploitation, and empowered by age-appropriate sexual health education.

- implement programs to support businesses and workers <br/>- grow support networks within and outside of the industry<br/>- engage in advocacy, legislative-, and regulatory work to improve health outcomes and alleviate injustices<br/>- create a platform for open, honest, and factual discourse<br/>- build working relationships with organizations and corporations outside of the industry

With more than 25 years of experience and a dedicated full time staff of four, we are able to reach thousands of industry businesses and workers in minutes. With the support of paying trade association members, we are able to maintain and improve our programs, support networks, advocacy, and more.

We continuously evaluate processes, procedures, and best practices in the industry. <br/>We conduct annual surveys within the industry and among our membership to determine successes, needed improvements, and what new steps we can integrate into our development strategy.

We have continuously defeated counter-productive legislation and regulation, alleviated misconceptions about the industry, improved our partnerships with other organizations, and brought forward a system that has prevented HIV infections for over 13 years.
