1010 Development Corporation’s mission is to preserve, develop and manage high quality service-enriched affordable and supportive housing for low-income individuals, families, seniors, and formerly unhoused households, as well as act as a catalyst for positive change in the communities that we serve.

Affordable Housing Development

1010 develops and operates affordable apartment buildings for low-income families and seniors in the Los Angeles area using a combination of public and private funding sources including Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Los Angeles Housing Trust Funds, and tax-exempt bonds.

1010 partners with local community organizations to offer programs and services that enhance the quality of life of our residents and local community members.  Many of our family housing developments contain on-site licensed child care centers.  Other programs include after-school activities and fitness classes.
