Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Continuing to promote its mission through the development and outreach of KCPK-LP radio station.

What are the "right" mission, vision, and values to effectively guide CFCN?
How can CFCN create and enact a business model that will ensure fiscal stability and long-term sustainability?
How can CFCN develop clear operational systems and a work culture that will enable the board and voting members and seasonal volunteers to function more effectively both independently and in collaboration?

Answer via following task areas:

Define identity with brief and precise mission statements.
Create, establish, and secure our niche in the mental health community both locally and county-wide.
Explain core beliefs, and help guide volunteers in decision-making and planning relating to marketing and development of relevant programs.
Develop business model for Stability and Sustainability.
Define process for income development as well as endowment development.
Clarify roles of volunteers and Board.
Provide education about volunteer duties via workshops for developing skills and teamwork.
