What we aim to solve

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

Today there are over 7,000 unreached people groups worldwide that have no witness for Christ among them. Christian Aid Mission seeks to establish a witness for Christ in every nation by assisting indigenous ministries to reach their areas with the gospel.

Our programs

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Evangelism and Discipleship

Building Christ's church throughout the world is our top priority. We do this by assisting indigenous ministries with the resources they need to reach the world's last remaining unreached people groups with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Population(s) Served
Indigenous peoples

Christian Aid Mission helps local believers be salt and light to a dark world through projects that benefit entire communities. For example, in poverty stricken areas where illiteracy is high, indigenous missionaries open schools. They help pull women out of prostitution by teaching them a vocational skill such as sewing.

Population(s) Served
Indigenous peoples

Following the example of our Savior, who met people's physical needs along with their spiritual needs, we provide help to those who are needy and suffering.

Goals & Strategy

Learn about the organization's key goals, strategies, capabilities, and progress.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

We seek to establish a witness for Christ in every nation. By assisting indigenous missionaries, that equips them to lead first generations of believers to Christ in their own language groups. The opportunity to make a significant impact in the world for Christ has never been greater.

Building Christ's church throughout the world is our top priority. We do this by assisting indigenous ministries with the resources they need to spread the gospel, transform communities through community engagement projects. and share practical aid with the poor and needy.

We have a network of over 400 indigenous ministries. Each indigenous ministry we assist is evaluated to verify their faith, financial integrity and fruitfulness. We help them sustain and grow their work by making their needs known to believers in developed nations.

Christian Aid mission has assisted thousands of indigenous ministries to share the gospel with unreached poeple groups in lands of poverty, where Christians are a persecuted minority, and where foreign missionaries are not allowed to go.

Data
  • We review compensation data across the organization (and by staff levels) to identify disparities by race.
  • We employ non-traditional ways of gathering feedback on programs and trainings, which may include interviews, roundtables, and external reviews with/by community stakeholders.
  • We have long-term strategic plans and measurable goals for creating a culture such that one’s race identity has no influence on how they fare within the organization.
Policies and processes
  • We have community representation at the board level, either on the board itself or through a community advisory board.
  • We help senior leadership understand how to be inclusive leaders with learning approaches that emphasize reflection, iteration, and adaptability.
