What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
At the Intern Abroad Leadership Center in Manhattan we provide our students with monthly resume writing workshops as well as four primary workshops, Public Speaking Workshop, Image Development Workshop, Global Awareness Workshop, and Resume Workshop. Our international vocational experience provides our students with a rare opportunity to meet, learn and work with people from other cultures.

What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We offer resume workshops and interview tips workshops to inner-city teenagers in Central Harlem, they get advice from world-class mentors and pitch to hundreds of potential employers.
