IMPACT Program

The IMPACT Program allows us to provide care packages to inpatient burn survivors and their families through partnerships with Burn Units across the United States. The care packages contain specific items for comforting burn patients and their families. As part of the program, we also provide support to Burn Survivors who have been discharged from the hospital but may still need assistance. These care packages are personalized according to the needs of each individual burn survivor.

This program allows us to alleviate some of the financial stress that often accompanies a burn injury. Support includes but is not limited to the following: assisting burn survivors with burn garments, transportation to medical appointments, lodging assistance, burn camps, burial expenses, food, and more.

Population(s) Served

This program allows us to provide safe spaces for burn survivors to meet and create connections within the burn survivor community, so burn survivors can connect and support each other while navigating their own personal recovery journeys. These BRAVE survivors benefit from forming long-lasting bonds and the warmth of a community. It is important to feel supported and cared for during the recovery process and aftermath.
