What we aim to solve

The greatest opportunity that the Thymic Carcinoma Center needs to address is to get our Foundation and our brand awareness out into the corporate and medical community. We are solving this problem by working and funding base-level biomedical research and working with the leading Oncologist in this field of thymic cancers.

Balance sheet

Fiscal Year: Jan 01 - Dec 31

SOURCE: IRS Form 990 info

The balance sheet gives a snapshot of the financial health of an organization at a particular point in time. An organization's total assets should generally exceed its total liabilities, or it cannot survive long, but the types of assets and liabilities must also be considered. For instance, an organization's current assets (cash, receivables, securities, etc.) should be sufficient to cover its current liabilities (payables, deferred revenue, current year loan, and note payments). Otherwise, the organization may face solvency problems. On the other hand, an organization whose cash and equivalents greatly exceed its current liabilities might not be putting its money to best use.

Hope and support are powerful drugs to aid in combatting the fear and uncertainty brought on by thymic carcinoma cancer. Today’s Thymic Carcinoma Center started as an idea, the notion that there needs to be something better than what is currently available for both patients and caregivers. Thymic Carcinoma Center is the result of that vision. Founded as a national nonprofit 501 (c)(3) in March of 2021, our mission is to provide education, information, emotional support, need-based financial assistance for patients in the United States as well as funding for Thymic Carcinoma biomedical research and medical professionals free of charge.
