Introduction: At Destiel, we believe that the strength of a community lies in its ability to come together and support one another. Our Support Groups program is a lifeline for LGBTQ+ individuals, providing a safe haven where they can connect, share experiences, and find a profound sense of belonging within their community. We are currently offering these support groups online, and we are actively planning to expand and offer in-person meetings in the future.

What We Offer: Our current program includes a diverse array of online support groups, each tailored to meet the unique needs of different demographics within the LGBTQ+ community. These sessions take place through secure and confidential online platforms, providing a safe space for sharing, connecting, and healing.

Introduction: In today’s rapidly changing corporate landscape, inclusivity is paramount. At Destiel, we are dedicated to facilitating this transformation by offering comprehensive Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) training to organizations of all sizes. Our EDI Training in the Workplace program is currently available online, and we are actively planning to expand and offer in-person training sessions in the future.

While we currently offer online workshops, we are excited to announce that we are actively planning to expand and offer in-person workshops in the future, including workshops for cooking and crafting.

What We Offer: Our online workshops provide a virtual space for LGBTQ+ individuals to connect, create, and explore their creativity. These workshops go beyond traditional craft-making and offer various cooking experiences, allowing participants to prepare delicious meals, snacks, and desserts while connecting with peers.

Introduction: Ally Awareness at Destiel is all about building bridges and strengthening communities. This program is designed to engage and educate individuals outside of the LGBTQ+ community, empowering them to become informed and supportive allies. While we currently offer online resources and events, we’re excited to announce that we are actively planning to expand and offer in-person events in the future.
NOTE: Ally Awareness is distinct from our EDI (corporate) program.

What We Offer: Our online Ally Awareness program is a hub for educational resources, awareness campaigns, and interactive events designed to increase understanding, empathy, and advocacy for LGBTQ+ rights and issues. We offer workshops and training sessions to teach allyship skills, including the proper use of pronouns and creating a supportive environment.
