School clubs

As of October 2023, Letters of Love supports almost 180 clubs across the United States and Canada. Letters of Love provides guidance, financial support and an outlet for our volunteers to make a difference.

Revenue vs. expenses: breakdown
Financial data
Letters of Love
Balance sheetFiscal Year: Jan 01 - Dec 31
The balance sheet gives a snapshot of the financial health of an organization at a particular point in time. An organization's total assets should generally exceed its total liabilities, or it cannot survive long, but the types of assets and liabilities must also be considered. For instance, an organization's current assets (cash, receivables, securities, etc.) should be sufficient to cover its current liabilities (payables, deferred revenue, current year loan, and note payments). Otherwise, the organization may face solvency problems. On the other hand, an organization whose cash and equivalents greatly exceed its current liabilities might not be putting its money to best use.

Founder & President
Grace Elizabeth Berbig
Hello, my name is Grace, and I am the Founder & President of Letters of Love! When I was eight years old, my mom was diagnosed with leukemia, a cancer located in the blood. Almost every day, my two little sisters and I would make piles of cards to plaster on my moms bland hospital walls, filling them with love and support. She always loved those notes and cards more than anything, and my sisters and I loved making them. It helped her know that we were loving and supporting her every day, even when she couldn't be there. When I was ten, my beautiful, brave mother lost her battle with cancer. After she passed away, I vowed to myself that I would devote my life to helping people who were fighting battles similar to my mom. My junior year of high school, I created Letters of Love, a community filled with young people supporting patients in children's hospitals. Join me and my team to change the world one card at a time, and provide emotional support for each and every child patient.💕
